By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 12 years old. We do not permit those under 12 to use the Service.
ViralFinder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or any other social media platform. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners. Content analyzed through the Service is publicly available information.
The Service offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features such as AI-powered content search and analysis. Subscription details, pricing, and billing frequency are displayed within the Application before purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the displayed price.
We continuously improve ViralFinder and may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice. The Service you receive is the version available at the time of use, and features available at the time of your initial subscription or any prior period are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

The Application, its design, features, and original content are owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Analysis results generated for you are for your personal use.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. Content analysis is powered by AI and should be used as guidance, not as guaranteed outcomes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us. For European Union consumers, mandatory provisions of your country of residence apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
